ارسال شرح پروژه یا دریافت پیشنهاد قیمت، تعهدی برای همکاری ایجاد نمی‌کند. کار فقط پس از توافق کتبی دو طرف آغاز می‌شود (برای نمونه پیشنهاد یا قرارداد امضاشده).
درستی شرح پروژه
